Sweet Giveaway: Matryoshka M-Cups Giveaway!

Things that are sad: CakeSpy's birthday week is over. And (bad spy) the giveaway schedule had a slight hitch: friday's giveaway never went up! Yikes (must have been too busy eating Birthday Cake French Toast!).

Things that are glad: There's a final giveaway to cap the week and say thank you for the totally sweet memories.

That's right: here's another giveaway, this time for the lovely and amazing M-Cups by super-creative company FRED! Here's a description:

This set of 6 dry-measure cups nests neatly just like traditional Russian matryoshkas. They accurately measure 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, 3/4 and 1 full cup, and they’re built from heavy-duty, food-safe, long-life engineering plastics. M-Cups are useful, easy to store, and quite charming...so why not doll up YOUR kitchen with a little Russian folklore? Each set is packaged in a full-color printed giftbox.

They're a popular seller at CakeSpy Shop, and now you can win a set for free! How? Simply answer the following pressing cake question below. US and Canadian entrants only this time, please! The giveaway will close next Tuesday, September 7, at 12pm PST. Good luck!

Here's the question:

What is your least favorite dessert, and why?

Pavlova. I first tried it in Ireland, and yuck. It is NOT FOR ME. Blegh. Hope your birthday week was fantastically wonderful!

I am just not a fan of rice pudding! My grandmother apparently makes a great rice pudding but I just cant stomach it! Thanks Cakespy and hope you had the best birthday!

Ugh. Cheese blintzes are the worst dessert I've ever experienced. I throw up in my mouth a little just thinking about them...

Almond float. So weird, so gross.

Hmm, can only think of good desserts gone bad...oh wait, does black pepper ice cream count?

I would have to say my least favorite dessert are dessert croissants. I love breakfast croissants but every dessert croissant ive ever had has been dry

Definitely Flan is the most disgusting desert ever! Sorry Flan lovers, but no flavor and the texture is gross....

I'm not a huge fan of those cakes from the Asian bakery with fresh fruit in them and whipped cream type frosting - not enough flavor for me.

i have like have and hour trying to think my least favorite dessert, and i just cant think of one...im a desert loverrr!! thats the best part of the meal!

My least favorite dessert would have to be flan. It was served to me once under a gloppy, runny consistency and smelled like a chicken farm. Gag me with a doggy biscuit!

Raisin pie!! Dear lord what a waste of crust! I'm a staunch anti-raisin activist and nothing depresses me more than hearing, "why yes, this cinnamon roll does have raisins." Imagine a whole pie FULL of them. No way. Raisin pie is hands down the worst. My neighbor loves it and repeatedly tries to get me to switch teams.

I am anti-raisin desserts 'til I leave this Earth.

Btw, love the measuring cups!

custard..the texture is too weird..gooey n all..

Omg. JELLO. Gross. I have this unbreakable habit to swoosh the solidified liquid back into its liquified mess in my mouth! Urg. Then it makes me queasy. Barf.

Flan. Why eat flan when you can have a churro?

Jello with fruit stuffs floating in it. Who said this was a good idea? Tasty? I think not? Gross? Indeed.

Baklava--too, too sweet for me.

I hate any dessert made with Cool-Whip. It has a funny aftertaste to me. Just make your own whipped cream. It tastes less fake. And it's just as easy as buying Cool-Whip.

Cheesecake.....I always feel unsatisfied & thirsty :)

September 1 | Unregistered CommenterLisa F

My least favorite dessert would be a shake or smoothie. They are so unsatisfying. I need something I can munch, crunch, nibble or chew.

September 1 | Unregistered CommenterKate

Angel Food Cake. It ALWAYS tastes like diet food. If I'm going to eat dessert it's going to be a REAL dessert like cheesecake or pumpkin pie. :)

So you are asking me what would make me deflate in my dining chair if, after a delicious meal, someone whisked out a heaping dish full of it for dessert? I'd have to say Jello Ambrosia. Yes. I'm down with pretty much every other possible concoction in the dessert universe, but that little potluck staple would make me cry and eat packets of raw sugar out of desperation.
