Sweet Giveaway: Matryoshka M-Cups Giveaway!

Things that are sad: CakeSpy's birthday week is over. And (bad spy) the giveaway schedule had a slight hitch: friday's giveaway never went up! Yikes (must have been too busy eating Birthday Cake French Toast!).

Things that are glad: There's a final giveaway to cap the week and say thank you for the totally sweet memories.

That's right: here's another giveaway, this time for the lovely and amazing M-Cups by super-creative company FRED! Here's a description:

This set of 6 dry-measure cups nests neatly just like traditional Russian matryoshkas. They accurately measure 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, 3/4 and 1 full cup, and they’re built from heavy-duty, food-safe, long-life engineering plastics. M-Cups are useful, easy to store, and quite charming...so why not doll up YOUR kitchen with a little Russian folklore? Each set is packaged in a full-color printed giftbox.

They're a popular seller at CakeSpy Shop, and now you can win a set for free! How? Simply answer the following pressing cake question below. US and Canadian entrants only this time, please! The giveaway will close next Tuesday, September 7, at 12pm PST. Good luck!

Here's the question:

What is your least favorite dessert, and why?

Anything with chocolate and raspberry together. I'm not sure what it is, being that I love the two separately, but I just can't stand them together. A mystery!

I have Never understood the people who LOVE banana pudding ! I especially dislike the texture.
I love bananas, albeit I love them best when slightly green ,and I enjoy a REAL ( NOT boxed)
pudding, but together , there is no saving grace IMHO!!!!! i have even been known to make it for
those in my family who love it ; I just don't partake!!!

believe it or not, i'm not actually a huge ice cream fan. if there's cake involved, i'll eat it. if by itself, not really. and anything with coconut. don't love it.

My least favorite dessert is Pecan Pie. It always tastes too sweet and gloppy for me. If the filling is just right, then the crust is cardboardish.

I tried crème brûlée for the first time not too long ago and it reminded me all too much of soggy scrambled eggs. Definitely my least favorite desert because I prefer my deserts sweet and without the soggy texture!

I don't care for cherry pie. I kind of feel like I'm un-american for that :P

Mincemeat pie. Ick! But I make one every Christmas for my dad, who is the only one who will eat it!!

August 31 | Unregistered CommenterLauren

Fruit cake- it's the only dessert I actually have will power against- blech!

Rice pudding - Rice just does not go into the dessert catagory!

Banana split!

perhaps creme brulee, because i only want the crust and would rather have nothing to do with the custard!!

August 31 | Unregistered CommenterLauren

I had a fruitcake ice cream once. I think it is self explanatory why that one didn't work so well...

Mincemeat pie. I mean, even the NAME sounds gross.

August 31 | Unregistered Commenterk

Apple pie...I always think it's too dry.

August 31 | Unregistered CommenterSara

Pie. Not a fan, never have been. I prefer sweet and moist to dry and flaky.

August 31 | Unregistered CommenterLisa

Flan, custard, or tapioca pudding. All yucky.

August 31 | Unregistered CommenterLydia

Any kind of CRUNCHY cookie...cookies are supposed to be soft in my opinion!

August 31 | Unregistered CommenterKrista G

lemon meringue pie. For the most part it has a overly sweet and thick lemon curd filling, and then the meringue topping... gross!
given, if you use real egg whites meringue is awesome, but the stabilizers that stores and bakeries use is disgusting!
sour fluffy pie. give me some crunch!

I was recently on a cruise and ordered room service...desert was something called "Creme Carmel" It was glorified huge bowl of flan...yuck! I just don't understand flan at all.

August 31 | Unregistered CommenterJamie

American coconut macaroons. They're just so dry and sandy, and they're not in any way pleasant to me--and this is a cookie lover speaking.

August 31 | Unregistered CommenterTiffany

Ugh... It was a Cherry Chocolate Cookie that my mom was trying out and she did the classic mix-up of salt and sugar! So gross!

August 31 | Unregistered CommenterAllison

When the ice cream has gone all frosty. Sad.

I am not a huge fan of fruit pie...I love the filling, but I don't really like pie crust. Unless you put icecream on it, then it's ok :)
