CLOSED: Sweet Giveaway: Win a $100 Gift Card For CSN Stores!
We have Corelle to thank for this giveaway, friends.
Yup--you saw that dishware text link. For that, CSN Stores has kindly offered something that is of much interest to cake lovers and bakers: a $100 gift card good to be redeemed at any of their online stores! After reviewing the products available at their Cookware.com website, I find it worth the link, as all sorts of products of interest to bakers and baked-good enthusiasts are available there, including cake pans, cake plates, pastry molds, and my favorite Emile Henry Pie plates!
Want to be entered in the running? OK! Here's what you do: simply leave a comment on this post stating your opinion on this important baked-good subject: if you had to choose your "last meal" dessert, what would it be?
Chocolate cream pie? A banana split? Pop-tart ice cream sandwiches? An entire birthday cake? Inquiring minds need to know! This giveaway will close and a winner will be announced at 12 p.m. PST next Friday, August 6. Entrants only in the US and Canada this time, please!
UPDATE: THE WINNER!
The randomly chosen winner is MEG, who says that "My last meal dessert would have to be the biggest peanut butter cup in the world." Well chosen, Meg! Congratulations!

Good old fashioned chocolate on chocolate cake!!!
I would have to say an entire German Chocolate cake...all by myself!
I would get a tiramisu I got once in paris, it came with a little bar of white chocolate that had poprocks in it!
Chocolate hazelnut brownies for sure!
A nice big slice of caramel crunch cake!
It's so hard to choose! Right now, I think I'd want a large stack of different kinds of cookies (all perfectly soft and chewy on the inside, a little crisp around the edges) and a glass of milk.
Strawberry short cake!
Ooh, I think I would have an entire Kentucky Derby pie to myself, with lots of vanilla ice cream.
Some kind of decadent brownie and I'd want peanut involved as well
Chocolate lava cake. Warm, gooey, and decadent.
Carrot cake would be my last dessert.
I'd want a tub of the retired (sniff) ben and jerry's coffee coffee buzz buzz buzz ice cream. I was delicious, as well as fun to order. I wish they'd bring it back.
the creamiest, most luscious cheesecake known to man.
This is veerrryyy hard for me to pick but..... I'd have to say..... Chocolate covered strawberries! It is a kinda rare dessert for me to have but it is delicious!!!!
Raw oatmeal chocolate chip cookie dough.
My mom's chocolate cake with cream cheese icing! THE BEST!
Kind of lowbrow, but I'd take a Chocolate Tall cake from Ruby Tuesdays. Cake, mouse, oreos, ice cream all together to create fabulousness.
I'm thinking Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake. Sweet and tart, creamy and delicious.
A big bag of beignets with powdered sugar. Ever since I moved away from Louisiana as a child, they have been extremely difficult to find.
Perfection sqaures and peach cobbler!
A perfect lemon bar... or ten.
That is a really tough question! I'd love to have tiramisu with a tahitian vanilla ice cream on the side.
Definitely a slice of homemade flaky apple pie a la mode...or if it was my last meal, maybe two or three slices!
Flourless chocolate cake topped with raspberries and unsweetened whipped cream. Mmm...
My mother's chocolate steamed pudding, with chocolate sauce, severed warm with a scoop of ice-cream melting on top! Mmmmmm yummy.
