Are you ready for some Christmas magic? Heck yes! With that in mind, how 'bout another giveaway?
This time, it's a totally sweet prize pack brought to you by the movie It's Complicated, featuring Meryl Streep, Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin, which was directed by Nancy Meyers and will be in theatres on December 25. Why this movie? Well, because as you know I am fascinated with dessert in movies, and this one features the inimitable Meryl as a baker!
Here's what you can win:

My favorite scene is in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory where Gene Wilder is singing "Pure Imagination" and sits down to oh so politely sip at a cup of tea, then he takes a bite out of the cup.
Christmas dinner in National Lampoons Christmas Vacation: jello with cat food, a completely dried out turkey and egg nog from Wally World cups!
Tommy Boy, where Tommy crushes his dinner rolls into oblivion while making a point about his unfortunate approach to business deals.
My favorite food QUOTE from a movie is from When Harry Met Sally, when Billy Crystal decides that they will speak in a silly accent for the rest of the day:
"Waiter, there is too much pepper on my paprikash, but I would be proud to partake of your pecan pie."
Actually my favorite scene is from a TV show. I love the episode of "I Love Lucy" where Lucy and Ethel are working in the candy shop.
Sofia Coppola's "Marie Antoinette," no doubt! The pastries look undeniably breathtaking. She is just surrounded by all those cakes and sweets and petite fours. Irresistible!
The scene in "My Big Fat Greek Wedding," where the fiance says he's a vegetarian and everyone goes silent, then the aunt says, "don't worry, we have lamb."

I just want to eat everything yummy she is cooking! Esp those cream puffs. Its just a great theme about putting your heart and soul into food you love cooking!

Mine has to be from "When Harry Met Sally," I hope no one has said this one yet :) When Meg Ryan is at the deli, and has, ummm, her moment? Hahah simply hilarious. The older woman next to her totally makes the scene when she says "I'll have what she is having!" Hahaha, who knew a sandwich could do so much!
I love the bleeding armadillo groom's cake (because it's red velvet cake) in Steel Magnolias. It's so great when Shirley McLaine's character cuts off the back of the armadillo and serves it up to the father of the bride.
Definitely the scene in Amelie when she mentions creme brulee. I also like when she is sinking her hand into big bags of dried goods in the movie.
Really, I just love that movie.
