oh, I love the baking - but this was a thought-provoking question! I realized that in just about everything I do, I give more weight to substance over style. As long as it tastes good, I'm happy!
Decorating for sure...that's when you get to be creative!! I love feeling like I've completed a work of art when it's all done. :o)
It's not fair that eating the batter isn't an option, because that's definitely my favorite part!

I love doing both but I tend to have better luck with the baking part. The decorating part relies upon skill.
ohhh, i love both. i love coming up with new delicious flavors and then making them look so pretty that people ask, "are you SURE you made these?" okay, so, i think decorating is satisfying--you're almost done, you know it's good. the end.
I love the baking part. the anticipation, the experimentation, the checking smell that fills your house. baking. by far.

LOVE Bake It Pretty. Have purchased some decorating supplies from them. :-) So, obvi my fave part is the decoration for cupcakes/cakes. But, I do love scooping out cookies, too.

I absolutely adore the baking part, and having it come out successful, but the decorating is my favorite, since it's a finished work of art after it's done!

Decorating! I love making cupcakes pretty.
I think they are equally fun but nobody will see the "behind the scenes" fun of baking....so I will say that the decorating is the most fun!
That's a tough one because I love both aspects. If I had to choose just one, I'd say baking.
I can't make up my mind - I think baking AND decorating are both equally as fun.

Of baking or decorating, I enjoy both! However, lately Decorating has become more interesting and fun to me. I like trying new techniques and discovering ways to push what I thought I could NOT do!

I love both, but I'm partial to baking. The science of putting ingredients together and getting a (hopefully) delicious treat is fascinating. It's my form of therapy. :)
I'd have to say baking, cuz I'm not all that great at the deocrating part. I can smear frosting with the best of them, but I'd have to take a class for proper piping! ;P
I love the baking better. I get too worried about the decorating part :)
I LOVE the baking part! It's absolute therapy! Of course, decorating is fun, but nothing compares to mixing ingredients, sampling batter and watching it rise!
