Sweet Giveaway: Matryoshka M-Cups Giveaway!

Things that are sad: CakeSpy's birthday week is over. And (bad spy) the giveaway schedule had a slight hitch: friday's giveaway never went up! Yikes (must have been too busy eating Birthday Cake French Toast!).

Things that are glad: There's a final giveaway to cap the week and say thank you for the totally sweet memories.

That's right: here's another giveaway, this time for the lovely and amazing M-Cups by super-creative company FRED! Here's a description:

This set of 6 dry-measure cups nests neatly just like traditional Russian matryoshkas. They accurately measure 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, 3/4 and 1 full cup, and they’re built from heavy-duty, food-safe, long-life engineering plastics. M-Cups are useful, easy to store, and quite charming...so why not doll up YOUR kitchen with a little Russian folklore? Each set is packaged in a full-color printed giftbox.

They're a popular seller at CakeSpy Shop, and now you can win a set for free! How? Simply answer the following pressing cake question below. US and Canadian entrants only this time, please! The giveaway will close next Tuesday, September 7, at 12pm PST. Good luck!

Here's the question:

What is your least favorite dessert, and why?

Our least favorite dessert is Ambrosia Salad, it's too many flavors that don't go together!

My least favorite dessert would have to be anything with coconut!! I love pina coladas and coconut milk (coco lopez, etc), but hate that stringy yucky coconut! YUCK...

Great site!! Thanks for doing a giveaway! =)

I loathe Pecan Pie. The filling is disgusting in my humble opinion.

Groundcherry Pie (in particular) . . . a specialty of my ex-MIL. AND Groundcherry Anything in general . . . these little husk covered fruits are NA-ASSTY ! ! I am shuddering at the memories I just brought to mind. ARRGGH!

Carrot cake. Even with the ridiculously unhealthy cream cheese frosting, it still tastes way too healthy for a dessert. I want dessert to be... naughty. No vegetables allowed. Ever.

Anything with walnuts in or on it...HATE walnuts!

Carrot cake with raisins -- because raisins = ewww.

dry cake! but really i love all vegan desserts... i don't discriminate!

Bread pudding. I don't like the idea and texture of soggy bread.

Keylime pie is my least favorite mostly because I don't like lime!! :-)

My least favortie dessert would be any dessert I got a small portion of!! I like a big ol' dessert! However, the worst dessert that I could pass up would be flan.

I think I have to go with pie. (Boston creme and chocolate cream excluded.) I love a good crisp, but not a pie.

I once had tofu chocolate pudding that was the worst thing I have ever put in my mouth!

Wow, cool giveaway, and really challenging question! It's difficult to answer, so, I would have to say that my least favorite dessert is one that is poorly made, and that is overly sweet. The other replies are fun to read :-) Thanks for the chance to win, and I really enjoy reading your blog, Michele

Cheesecake. I know. I know. But I just really don't like the texture of cheesecake. I always feel like I'm eating baby food when I eat cheesecake.

September 2 | Unregistered CommenterSarah

pistachio ice cream. i just can't stand it.

September 2 | Unregistered CommenterSorayah

Anything with almond extract. I am allergic and makes me sick. Other than that, I am good to go!

September 2 | Unregistered CommenterNoreen

Hmmmm...flan, fruitcake, spice cake, banana pudding, angel food cake, cookies with the fake cherry on them, rice pudding, bread pudding, ALL SO UNDERWHELMING AND A WASTE OF CALORIES!!!

September 2 | Unregistered CommenterCheryl

Oh damn! I'd love to win these! Not open to Aussies though. Goodluck to everyone else! x

This is funny, my best friend and I were just discussing this! The sugar cookies they have at grocery stores with the ?Buttercream? on them? BARF. We both said "I love eating chalk!" at the same time! haha

Bleh, nothing like a bad chalky sugar cookie!

or fried icecream. that is a close second! :[

Peach pie, or anything with peach. It tastes all fuzzy, you have to deal with pits, and it's full of fat, buuuut it's devoid of all the things that make dessert wonderful.

September 2 | Unregistered CommenterDarcy

My least favorite dessert is anything that is jelly filled. There is something about the texture that ruins it for me...

I would probably have to say Cherry Pie. I am not the biggest fan of anything baked with cherries. I like the fruit au naturel, why change it? :)
