I love decorating! It's so fun.
it's so hard to say! on the one hand, decorating can be sooooo fun and interesting. finding new materials to use, bringing friends and family in on the action. but baking is something that involves wooden spoons, batter, giggling taste testing and innovation.... i think it truly is a tie for me!
best giveaway ever!
I love her shop - I've gotten some adorable cupcake liners from there.
They really make the cake, because I'm not a good decorator. Which I think answers the question. I love the mixing, pouring, baking, and then the best part: pulling it out of the oven to see what I've created.
Baking, because that part of the project usually goes quite well.
Decorating is best left to my daughter...
Baking! I like how soothing measuring & mixing are.
My favorite part of baking, is the the wonderful smiles and yummy noises I get from sharing my baked goods (are there such a thing as baked bads?) with friends and family.
After baking it, I pick Option C...eating it!
Baking all the way!! I'm not that into decorating...usually I don't really decorate my baked goods that much.
Can it be both? Baking is very therapeutic for me (an outlet from a hectic day) and decorating just makes me giddy when i see the final result. It's (pardon the pun) icing on the cake (or in this case, cupcake!).
I've got my eyes on a few lovelies over at Bake It Pretty.
Definitely the baking part. A lot of my items don't ever need to be decorated so I don't really think about it.
Decorating for sure! My baking abilities some times leave something be desired. But I keep trying!! Lol
Spatulas down, the answer is decorating. When else do you have such freedom to eat sugar and butter by the spoonful?
I'd have to say the baking =D. The decorating is a bonus!
If it's just moi - solo, in the kitchen - I'd have to go with baking! (Decorating is most fun with company.)
When I'm alone, I love the baking part. There's something calming about the whole process.
But when I have my two young boys with me, decorating is our favorite part! It's always so much fun to see what monster or alien my goodies are going to turn into!
Baking... I love the moment the whole house fills with the smell of something baked with love. YUM!
I want to be better at decorating, though, so that's why I need to win this. :)

I can't decide! I love anything that deals with melting chocolate. What could be more beautiful?
Definitely the baking--the decorating stresses me out whereas the baking makes the house smell delicious!
I love the decorating
Baking all the way! I feel like I conquered something by taking random ingredients and making something delicious out of them. Decorating is tedious.
Baking, for sure.
Since my FAVORITE part of cooking is "testing" the batter, I'd have to say baking!
I love the baking part! While i know how to decorate i find this part a little too stressful for me :D I would much rather bake and slap some frosting on there, than try to make it pretty...its going to be eaten anyway! :P
I like baking the desserts more, or mixing and tasty to be exact since the batter usually tastes better! But maybe if I had the tools to decorate (and learned how to use them), then I would like the decorating better?
Lovely giveaway!
I prefer decorating.:)
