Buy My Book! And a Giveaway Too

Dudes and dudettes. You knew this day was coming, and now it is here.

My book is now out--it is in stores, and available online. If I do say so myself, it is a masterpiece of cookbookery, and if you don't trust me, then trust my mom, because she agrees (and she has promised to buy at least three copies at full retail price, although she hasn't paid me yet).

But I digress. Basically what I am saying here is: My book is out, and therefore, It Is Time for You to Buy My Book.

How to buy it? You can purchase a signed copy directly from me here; you can purchase a regular (unsigned) copy from Amazon (be sure to give it a glowing review!) , Barnes and Noble, Elliott Bay Books, Powell's Books, or find a local bookseller here. OR, I find it acceptable to wait if you'd like to buy one from me on my national bakery book tour, Tour De Sweet!

But because you've been so patient, I'm willing to give away one copy of the book per week for the next four weeks. Wow, lucky you!

How do you put yourself in the running this week? Since it's October and officially Halloween Month, simply leave a comment on this post or on my Facebook page answering this important question: Candy Corn or Mellowcreme Pumpkins? And Why? I'll pick one lucky winner one week from today (10/13) and send them a signed copy of the book! Because I'm feeling generous, this giveaway is open to the US and abroad!

I won't eat candy corn or those pumpkins but I do like them to decorate with. I really only like candy if it's chocolate. And not the fake chocolate pumpkins either. ick. The book looks adorable.

Candy corn for sure! (But not the chocolate kind!)There's just something weird about the thickness and texture of the mallowcremes I don't like. Congrats on the book! :)

Candy corn! Cuz I like eating each layer at a time...the little white tips are the BEST!

Is it okay to love both? My favorite is always the "autumn mix", filled with candy corn, the chocolate-topped candy corn, and mellowcreme pumpkins. :) One happy family!

Candy corn! They have that little hint of salt that makes them so irresistable!

Candy corn. I know it's crazy but I am not a huge marshmallow fan except for rice krispie treats. Congrats in the book. I am hoping to make it to one of your la signings.

Candy Corn!! So many lovely childhood memories connected with this yummy sugary treat. I loved biting off the ends and sticking them together in different designs. (heck, I still do.) Congratulations on your fabulous book! Can't wait to pick up my own copy... **or even win one!! eeeep!**

Mellowcreme Pumpkins because they are bigger and to me taste less waxy than candy corn! Love them!

Candy Corn - a truly american candy, so much so that I had to bring bags of it to my nephews in Australia for their classmates to try.

Candy corn. Not even a contest. I have a sick confession: I wait around all year for candy corn, and then I can't control myself and eat it until the point of getting sick. So much sweet, sweet sugar-y goodness. It's a problem.

Candy corn. Pumpkins are too big and too much. Candy corn is the right amount of pure sugar.

Candy corn is so addicting!

CANDY CORN!
unfortunatly it is impossible to buy it in Vienna, Austria. I have to order it in the US (paying $25 shipping cost for a package worth $ 3 ...).
In December I´ll be in Seattle and I am desperatly looking forward to visit your shop and taste all the wonderful stuff I am so familiar with trough the internet.
