Cake Poll: Oops, Make that a Cookie Poll!
It's that unique time of year that summer starts to fade into early fall; the skies are a piercing blue, days are getting shorter, and school's back in session. Even those who are long out of school are not impervious to the allure of this season, nostalgically recalling the excitement newness of a new school year, punctuated by freshly sharpened pencils and maybe a brand new trapper keeper. And what else goes better with back to school time than milk and cookies at the end of the day?

Why, yes, I was *just* craving some cookie action.
favorite type of cookie: oldie but goodie: dark chocolate chip with toasted walnuts
Oatmeal Cookies: With raisins, or chocolate chips?: CHOCOLATE!
Dunking your cookies: Deliciousness, or a soggy mess?:
Supreme deliciousness, but you've gotta do it quick--dunk and immediately slurp the excess soymilk (Vitasoy, unsweetened please) up off the cookie, then proceed.
Slice n' bake cookies: Guilty pleasure, or never ever?: Neverz.
Jumbo bakery cookies: too much, or just enough? Depends.
Bar cookies: are they really cookies, or a different category entirely? : They're from, like, another solar system.
Which is better: Slightly underbaked or slightly overbaked?: Always underbaked, I like them gooey.
Eating cookie dough: so wrong, or so right?: It's a must do.
I am (literally) waiting for paint to dry so this is a welcome diversion!
What is your favorite type of cookie? That's like asking me to choose between my children....but, if pressed, I'd choose a crisp, buttery gingersnap.
Oatmeal Cookies: With raisins, or chocolate chips?
Raisins all the way, baby!
Dunking your cookies: Deliciousness, or a soggy mess?
Depends on the cookie and the drink. In coffee = yes. In tea= yes. In milk = no.
Slice n' bake cookies: Guilty pleasure, or never ever?
I make my own slice and bake dough.
Jumbo bakery cookies: too much, or just enough?
Totally depends on the size of my ass that day.
Bar cookies: are they really cookies, or a different category entirely? They are squares (and no, I don't mean nerds).
Which is better: Slightly underbaked or slightly overbaked?
Depends on the cookie. If it has add-ins slightly under baked. If it's supposed to be crisp, slightly over is better.
Eating cookie dough: so wrong, or so right?
You mean some people think it's wrong?
What is your favorite type of cookie? hmmmm, molasses or a really good chocolate chip.
Oatmeal Cookies: With raisins, or chocolate chips? I like both, but not at the same time!
Dunking your cookies: Deliciousness, or a soggy mess? eeep! soggy mess, unless they're Oreos
Slice n' bake cookies: Guilty pleasure, or never ever? I used to in college to get my cookie fix, but now... never ever!
Jumbo bakery cookies: too much, or just enough? too much, I always find they're stale or too overbaked.
Bar cookies: are they really cookies, or a different category entirely? hmmm, different category.
Which is better: Slightly underbaked or slightly overbaked?
I love my cookies gooey. yum.
Eating cookie dough: so wrong, or so right? oh so very right!
Fun! Love to think/talk about cookies!
1. Chocolate chip all the way
2. Both
3. Soggy mess, unless they're biscotti
4. Guilty pleasure - so great for make-ahead
5. Just enough
6. Still cookies! Although there's a fine line...some slip to the brownie side (which isn't a bad side either)
7. Recently changed my stance on this - I'm now a crispy fan, so I err on the slightly overbaked side
8. Oh so right!
Cool fun. Like me. Thanks.
I like http://www.przepisy.rzeszow.pl/content/torty" REL="nofollow" TITLE="Pieczenie tortów">to cook very at home. Greetings from Poland.

3. oreos only! because it's like being a kid again
4. perfect for when i am lazy and will not find making the dough fun
5. a perfect occasional treat!
6. same category because they are half cookie - kind of like the offspring of a cookie and a blondie
7. underbaked because then you get a delicious doughy center
8. soooooooooooo right and so yummy
1 What is your favorite type of cookie?
chocolate chip with frosting
2 Oatmeal Cookies: With raisins, or chocolate chips?
craisins (dried cranberries)!
3 Dunking your cookies: Deliciousness, or a soggy mess?

never ever ever
5 Jumbo bakery cookies: too much, or just enough? just enough

7 Which is better: Slightly underbaked or slightly overbaked?
underbaked, without a doubt
8 Eating cookie dough: so wrong, or so right?
so very right (vegan cookies = no raw egg fears! yay!)
1. I'm torn between ginger snaps, biscotti, and sugar cookies.
2. Soft with raisins, all the way!
3. Dunking cookies into a nice hot coffee or tea = amazing.
4. Tolerable, but never the same
5. Way too much.
6. A cookie is a cookie, no matter its shape.
7. Depending on the cookie, I'd say slightly under.
8. So wrong.
1. Chocolate Chip Cookies
2. Both
3. Soggy mess
4. Guilty pleasure
5. Too much
6. Different category
7. slightly over baked
8. So right
1. cinnamon sugar
2. raisins
3. soggy mess
4. guilty pleasure
5. too much
6.completely different catagory. Either the shape or the bulk create a different consistancy from a regular cookie.
7. Overdone- but my mother burnt most everything from meat to baked goods, so that's how I learned to eat 'em.
8.Chocolate chip cookie dough- so right! Some other cookie dough- probably wrong...
1. Ricotta cheese cookies--to die for!
2. Raisins--gotta get your fruits somehow.
3. Delicious! ?
4. Cookie batter is the easiest batter to make--why fudge it with premade dough? They don't taste that good, anyway!
5. A bit much for me.
6. Hmm more brownies. Still great!
7. Always, always, always underbaked. Overbaked cookies are an atrocity.
8. Mmm best part of cookie baking...
1. It's probably a tie between chocolate chip and peanut butter. Regardless of the cookie, though, I like mine soft!
2. I prefer raisins in oatmeal cookies, but I wouldn't turn down chocolate chips.
3. I don't dunk cookies. Since I like soft ones, they break in the glass and make nasty cookie sludge at the bottom.
4. It only takes 10min to whip together a batch of dough, so why not go for homemade?
5. Is it really possible to have too much cookie?
6. They're cookies. I like them... Magic Bars (aka Hello Dolly Bars and Seven Layer Bars) are my favorite bar cookies!
7. No question- underbaked. I don't like crunchy cookies.
8. If eating cookie dough is wrong, then I don't wanna be right.
1.Well i have many favorites. I like Snickerdoodles because that is my dog's name and i like any chocolate cookies.
2. Definitaly with chocolate chips!
3. Soggy mess! They get to wet and then all you taste is milk. And i'm 16 so milk is yucky to me!
4. NEVER EVER, Homemade all the way. It i the cheating way to make cookies.
5. JUMBO COOKIES ROCK. I say the more the better.
6. I'd say differnet catagory, they are more like brownies. And for some reason they include brownies in the cookie section. THEY ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!
7. Slightly underbaked or not baked at all, COOKIE DOUGH IS GOD"S GIFT TO MAN!!!!
8. As i said before a blessing from god. And the smarty pants who put it in ice cream, they are one of the smartest people i'll never be able to meet.
GO COOKIES!!!!!!
1. What is your favorite type of cookie? Chocolate chip, fresh from the oven!
2. Oatmeal Cookies: With raisins, or chocolate chips? Definitely chocolate chips. Both aren't bad either!

5. Jumbo bakery cookies: too much, or just enough? Just enough! I'll take a dozen!
6. Bar cookies: are they really cookies, or a different category entirely? They're not cookies, they're bars!
7. Which is better: Slightly underbaked or slightly overbaked? Slightly underbaked for maximum deliciosity.
8. Eating cookie dough: so wrong, or so right? So, so, so so right.
1. Chocolate chip, made with Skor bars.
2. I don't mind raisins, but would prefer chocolate chips! They're really good with dried cherries, too.
3. A soggy mess :(
4. I've used them before when my kids were small, but now if I can't make them myself I'd rather not buy the dough. There's too many weird things in processed foods these days.
5. Mmmm...they are too much, but that's what's so good about them, isn't it?
6. They're a little bit of each...when thin, it's a cookie! When made thick, they're more like a squished brownie/blondie than a cookie.
7. I like slightly overcooked and crisp cookies. But there is also a soft spot (hahaha) for the occasional underbaked cookie.
8. It's never been my thing. I don't even like cookie dough ice cream.
1. Snickerdoodles. I LOVE snickerdoodles.
2. While raisins are traditional, I love chocolate chips in just about everything.
3.Definetly delicious.
4.They're convient and some kinds are really good, so, guilty pleasure.
5.Sometimes not enough. Sometimes
you just want more sugar than they're willing to give you.
6.I think they're cookies. They're loaded with sugar and all sorts of goodies. How could they not be cookies?
7.Slightly overbaked. Underbaked cookies can sometimes be gooey, and that's not always a good thing.
You have no idea how right it is. Salmonella is just an excuse made up by people who never understood the joys of unbaked goodness.

Eating cookie dough: so wrong, or so right?

2. No raisins, choc chips optional
3. Dunking is Deliciousness
4. Nope, not so much.
5. Too much and often look better than they taste.
6. I love a bar cookie, but not really a cookie...they're a bar.
7. Slightly underbaked
8. So wrong and yet so tasty, but as I get older I get grossed out just a little.
1. Ooh, this is hard. Probably the no-bake chocolate-oatmeal-peanut butter ones that my mom calls Preacher Cookies.
2. I actually like them plain, without either, and then it's probably a tie between raisins and chips.
3. I lean toward soggy mess, though an occasional dunk is OK.
4. Oh, guilty pleasure for sure.
5. Too much for one, but perfect to share.
6. I think bar cookies are really cookies.
7. Underbaked, for sure.
