Vanilla bean CHEDDAR CHEESE? Have they gone quite mad?

I was kind of hoping it would be the year of cardamom, because I just started using it in ice cream and it's so good it would bring tears of joy to your eyes. I can't believe I'd never even tasted this stuff before.
