Cake plates are awfully pretty...

...but cupcake plates are freaking adorable.

And why not put it on a pedestal? It's like a shrine to the sweetest type of experience there is, the cupcake: a treat you don't have to share with anyone else.

And now, the cutest individual cupcake plates in the world, made by the super-talented Michelle Miller, are available at CakeSpy Shop (both online and in the retail store!).

Giveaway Alert!! One lucky reader will win one of these plates, in a sweet summery light green! Just leave a comment below saying what type of cupcake you'd use first on this pretty little plate.

The giveaway will close next Friday, July 23, at noon, and the winner will be contacted shortly after. US entrants only this time, please!

Those are so freakin' cute! I would definitely make sprinklebake's recipe for double salted caramel cupcakes.

WHY ISN'T THIS OPEN TO CANADIANS?!

If I could possibly win this, I'd use that ADORABLE cupcake plate for a carrot cupcake (with raisins, of course) and cinnamon-cream-cheese frosting!

I'd make a decadent dark chocolate, chocolate chip ganache dipped cupcake. Super Chocolately and would accent little mint green cupcake plates perfectly.

I would put my *famous* baileys Irish cream cupcakes. To die for!

How cute! I would have to make chocolate cupcakes because that's my 5-year-old's favorite. I like making penuche frosting--it's so tasty!

I've got a good friend who's in line for a major promotion soon - he'd be getting banana cupcakes with caramel frosting on these, for sure :)

As much as I hate to admit it, I would probably go with Funfetti cupcakes with strawberry filling and buttercream icing... Something about summer makes me crave strawberry, and something about, well, life, makes me crave Funfetti!

I am making my Mom cupcakes for her birthday -- just something simple and pretty, vanilla cupcakes with strawberry buttercream. They would look beautiful on their own little pedestals!

July 16 | Unregistered CommenterMaggi

a pretty all white coconut cupcake ontop of that green plate will just pop!!!

July 16 | Unregistered CommenterNICHOLE

So adorable! To go with all the bright, fun colors I would use one of the plates for a strawberry lemonade cupcake from my favorite local cupcake shop. Not that it would stay on the plate for long! ;)

I think with the beautiful color I would do a very generic yellow/white cake with different, bright colored buttercream and jimmies or rainbow sprinkles on top.

Hello! This is so cute! I'd love to give my friend an iced pink buttercream on this plate for her birthday coming up in late summer. Thanks for sharing these with us!
