I would make a glorious vanilla cupcake with fresh peach filling...tint the buttercream a pale peach and drizzle thin lines of white chocolate over the top.

Those are freaking adorable!! I think I would have to throw a cupcake party and buy a dozen assorted from my favorite spot in Portland, Bliss Bake Shop. And then maybe only invite myself.
I would make a super chocolate cupcake with chocolate ganache frosting, topped with a spun sugar dome!

I would display a red velvet cupcake. The plates are so cute!
I think, since it's light summery green, I would use a lemon cupcake w/ swiss meringue buttercream frosting :) Either that or margarita.

Well I live in Arizona and the 116 degree summer weather makes me miss fall and winter like crazy, so I'd def go for my pumpkin cupcakes with spiced cream cheese frosting to curb my yearnings.
