I would make my Strawberry Limeade cupcake. I use the Cake Doctor's strawberry layer cake recipe with fresh strawberry frosting and add a little lime juice and lime zest. It would look SO pretty on these colorful plates!!
Pumpkin with cream cheese frosting! :]
Aw, man! So cute. I've been testing a bunch of cupcake recipes for my upcoming wedding. I'd have to go with the vanilla bean with fresh strawberry buttercream icing. Yum, and so fresh!
I'd probably use it for a s'more cupcake, since I've been in a such a s'more mood lately!
Chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream icing and rainbow sprinkles from my favorite bakery fox and hounds pastry den in Michigan! They are amazing and would look beautiful on the plate!
I would love to use the little green plate to display the Almond Green Tea cupcake from the baking book, "Baked". A cute cupcake topped with a white chocolate dipped fortune cookie.
something with chocolate, for sure!
M'm, probably a nice moist chocolate cupcake.
I'd put a mojito cupcake on the plating.
The cupcake would have:
-creamy and moist white cake infused with lime sugar syrup in the middle (post-bake) and baked with generous flecks of chopped mint throughout the batter to give both texture and flavor
-a zingy but smooth rum buttercream frosting topped with a few granules of raw cane sugar (for the rimmed glass cocktail appeal ) and a fresh, short, sprig of fragrant mint
Chocolate cupcake with chocolate buttercream (my next experiment)!
decisions, decisions.....hmmmm, defiantly Chocolate!!!
I think I'd have to put a Tiger Tail from Trophy on one of those adorable plates!!!
How cuhh-uuuute!! Definitely would make some yummy butter pecan cupcakes! Oh yeah ;]
Chocolate cupcake with vanilla buttercream and colored sprinkles.
Totally red velvet. It would go so well with the green of the plate!
red velvet absolutely!
Call me old fashioned, but I'd go with a light vanilla cupcake with whipped frosting and garnished with fresh strawberries. The straweberry is key!! Oh! and sprinkles! Cupcakes are srs business, and strawberries are a serious fruit.
I think these 'Margarita Cupcakes' (http://annies-eats.com/2010/05/04/margarita-cupcakes/) would look lovely on one of these light green pretty little plates.
chocolate raspberry, naturally!
I just saw this post for chocolate cupcakes with marshmallow frosting -

Yes, that's what I'd have :)
I would use it for a new oreo cupcake recipe I'm concocting!
I am about to visit Georgetown Cupcake, the sister-run shop with the new show premiering tomorrow on TLC! I can't wait to try all their delicious flavors! Therefore, I would probably use this adorable cupcake plate to display a wonderful Key Lime Pie Cupcake! It would be yummy and would match the plate!
oooh those are cuuuuuute! I'd put a mint chocolate cupcake with chocolate buttercream on it... Mmmmmmm yummy
Thin mint cupcakes, om nom nom.
With light green I'd use them to serve the chocolate mint cupcakes from Alexandria Cupcake! SO GOOD!
