This looks like so much fun!!!
Healthy Bread in 5 Minutes a Day! I am loving their first book, and it actually does take like 5 minutes of actual work each time I make bread. I would love to try the healthy versions, too.
Either "Sticky,Chewy,Messy Gooey" (by Jill O'Connor) or "I Love Macarons" (Hisako Ogita). Want to win either of them to try out some new recipes and make something yummy!
I haven't yet got a hold of the new "What's New Cupcake" book. I got to flip through it in the bookstore the other day and the little cakes look to die for!

oh please please can I win a copy of Claudia Roden's "Arabesque: A Taste of Morocco, Turkey, and Lebanon"? I don't know how many years I will have to wait until I have enough money to visit that part of the world, and until then, I would love to own a cookbook that might help me fool my tongue into believing I'm already there.
I would love The Pioneer Woman Cooks by Ree Drummond. She has great recipes! Or Crazy About Cupcakes by Krystina Castella. THANKS!
The Pioneer Woman's cookbook! I want it so bad because of the beautiful photography... Do you ship to China?? :S

mine would have to be King Arthur Flour Baker's Companion Cookbook, it just looks so fun and something that could open some new doors.

Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World, please and thank you! : )
Good to the Grain: Baking with Whole Grain Flours by Kim Boyce. My wife has been experiencing some strange health issues, and the professionals have recommended a clean, whole diet to help balance things out. I've heard amazing reviews, so I'd love to to have Boyce's cookbook so that we can continue to make great tasting foods (especially desserts!) and help her balance things out.
Sticky, Chewy, Messy, Gooey: Desserts for the Serious Sweet Tooth by Jill O'Connor!
Four-Star Desserts by Emily Luchetti
My best friend is a chef and recently she's been cooking desserts from this book. I've been to her house a couple of times and I've had the extreme pleasure of tasting a strawberry crostata she made from here. FABULOUS. In the past she and I have bought the same cookbooks and every weekend we would choose a recipe to cook "together" from afar (she use to live 3000 miles away, now she's just 230.). I would love this to be our next adventure.
I lust after Maida Heatter's Book of Great Desserts. Mmm...dessert!
Kneadlessly Simple: Fabulous, Fuss-Free, No-Knead Breads. The thought of being able to make delicious homemade breads without all the kneading is incredible to me!
I would like to have a copy of "Cakepops" by Bakerella. Thanks!
I'd like to add David Lebovitz's "Ready for Dessert" to my collection. His recipes are brilliant, and so is the title of his book. Who is not ready for dessert - all the time!
I too would swoon for a copy of The Pioneer Woman's cookbook; her website is amazing!
