Muffins for sure! Especially something with nuts.
Piping hot cinnamon rolls, hands down. Bear claws a close second. Then, well, pretty much any other baked good. I don't discriminate just because it's early.
My grandma's recipe for coffee cake - it's pretty much 1/3 cake and 2/3 cinnamon/brown sugar crumb, so it's AMAZING.
