I'm going to be boring and say the Red Velvet, but it's the truth!! I've never once been able to make my own perfect red velvet, so I gobble every mix and I can get.
Since Champagne is the only flavor I haven't tried in a cake, it would definitely have to be that one!

Well you can't go wrong with chocolate, but that champagne cupcake looks really interesting to me. Maybe I'd want to try a mix of the two... :)

ABSOLUTELY the Red Velvet! It's hard to find any kind of Red Velvet cake or even mixes (other than Betty Crocker) up here in the way far north!
