Sweet Giveaway: Win a Copy of Rosie's All-Butter Fresh Cream Sugar-Packed Baking Book

Hey! You! Want to win something sweet for your sweetie this Valentine's Day?

Well, are you ever in luck: I've got a copy of Rosie's All-Butter Fresh Cream Sugar-Packed Baking Book to give away. As you remember, I recently featured the recipe for Chocolate Delirium from this book.

Now, Valentine's Day is very special to bakery proprietress Judy Rosenberg--Valentine’s Day 1974 is the anniversary of the first cookies that Judy made that put her into the business. Le nom!

So what do you have to do to enter to win?

It's easy. All you have to do is leave a comment on this post (comments are moderated, so don't panic if it doesn't show up right away!) with your response to the below question. But before I get to that, some important contest notes. CakeSpy Note: The giveaway will close on February 14, Valentine's Day, at 12pm PST. The randomly chosen winner will be contacted privately afterward. Because this prize is being donated and shipped by the publisher, they have requested that this giveaway be open to US entrants only. But I'd still love to hear your memories, foreign friends!

OK! That having been said, the question to answer to enter:

What is your favorite Valentine's Day dessert memory?

My favourite Valentine's Day dessert memory, would definitely have to be when me and all of my single sisters/friends, had a cosy movie night in! There was so much food that we each baked and brought, some like, cake pops, cakes, cookies, rocky road ice-cream, marshmallows, donuts, sodas, milkshakes, beverages - yum! :-)

My favorite Valentine's memory is making goodies with my son when he was little. We've made lollipops, cupcakes, cookies---all sorts of things and it's always been wonderful. Now that he's a teen, he's not so interested in making the goodies, but he still LOVES to eat them!

my favorite memory... my husband standing in a line 30 deep at LILAC chocolates in nyc to get me some chocolate covered pretzels. true love.
My favorite memory is having my toddler help me make her first rise crispy bars. We cut them into hearts and spread melted white chocolate and sprinkles all over them. Then we devoured the scraps. We gave the finished heart treats to her father as a present. She was very proud of her achievement! I was so proud of her!

My boyfriend knows I love baking so he requested a brownies for Valentines Day. I wanted them to be special so I made him chewy fudge brownies with a layer of chocolate icing and topped it with chocolate chip cookes. I presented him his gift and since that day he requests the Suicide brownies (his name for them) every holiday.

It's a tie between the chocolate covered marshmellow heart my dad gave me when I was 7, or a night of popcorn and cherry-coke + vanilla vodka while watching "Shaun of the Dead." Both are pretty special memories.
