I'm so excited about these new Cuppie ornaments that I can't even come up with a dessert-related pun!
This is a sweet ornament version of Cuppie the Cupcake! This felt puffy ornament is made of layered pink, grey and red felt, finished with embroidery for the eyes and cupcake cup detailing, and of course the pink frosting has some shimmery glittery finish! Yesterday I made some chocolate/white chocolate/butterscotch chip cookies. They were so very yummy!!
I attended my uncle's funeral on Monday and after the memorial service, the church provided desserts. Someone had made the most delicious chocolate bundt cake that was so moist it was almost pudding like, with chocolate chips mixed into the batter at the top and coated in the perfect chocolate icing.

It was some sort of amazing soft & chewy (though not in a mushy gross kind of way), coconutty cookie-shaped confection drizzled with chocolate. I know not what it was called....but I would like to have another!
Well I just finished an Almond Joy but I had half a Caramello and a couple mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups before that. But if your looking for baked items for breakfast I finished off the brown sugar cake I'd made over the weekend complete with marzipan (I made for the first time), which I keep nibbling on, yummy! I don't usually eat like this, I"m just being "feminine". Thank goodness for good metabolism is all I can say. :)

I have been dieting for a few months now, so I have not had baked sweets. Yesterday I walk into the kitchen at work and there is this beautiful red velvet cake (so I thought). I grab a much larger than I need piece and be gin eating it.... It was spice cake, red spice cake! Who does that? They should be shot!!
Home made pies at my Bridal Shower this past Sunday! Made by a lovely friend for the occasion: Peach, Blueberry/Fresh Ginger and a Grasshopper Pie. Yum!
