Deathcake Royale: It's back and better than ever at Seattle's Cupcake Royale, now cupcake-ier than ever! But this kind of awesome can't last--it's only available through Feb. 14!

Forget Silicon Valley--take us to Macaron Alley!

If this doesn't inspire you, nothing will: the Amy Atlas Lavender Snowflake Dessert Buffet.

Effie's Oatcakes are a simple, but exceedingly delicious little treat.

Nope--that's not cake.

And if you want to make your own cake balls, Bakerella has recipes for everyone to do their own and perhaps decorate them for your valentine!

I was going to post the same thing about the cake balls. Not to be a hater, but for about $3, you can make about 50 of your own ($36 for 12?!!)

I'm giggling about Macaron Alley. Miette ftw! All others shall bow before their organic fresh-ground almonds!
