The Life of a Spy: Cakespy Interview at Taste of Home!
Tuesday, December 9, 2008
Curious about the life of a professional Cake Gumshoe? Why not check out the interview I did for Taste of Home's website--and check out pictures of me with a humongous Cuppie! Is it just me, or does he look--well...kind of hungry?
P.S. -- Cuppie gets to sound off during the interview too (thanks to the fantastic interviewer)--what a snarky little fellow he is!

That's so cool! What a fun article.
Sweet, ToH interview!
Wow, you are adorable - so nice to see you in the magazine! Oh, and you look cute, too, Jessie. ;-P
Great interview, Jessie, and I love that picture of you with Cuppie. Though, I will abashedly admit something here, I always thought Cuppie was female...So sorry!
That's a great picture, and what a fun interview!
This is soooo cool jessie! Congratulations on all the good things that are happening to you. And you look so gorgeous!
Love that picture! You look gorgeous.
Cuppie seems a little passive aggressive :D
it boggles my mind how you stay so svelte in the face of so many sweets!
congratulations jessie!
Love the interview of you and Cuppie...you look great and cuppie looks adorable! Love that illustration of the turkey being chased by the hairdryer...my kind of food humour!
thats awesome!
Congrats! You both look sweet :)
Aww, Jessie, you look so cute in the photo (and in person too)...and cuppie...you are so gigantic! You could eat Jessie!! I love the interview (the uncooked turkey illustration cracked me up).
you look adorable! love your shoes!
Very cool for you!
Cuppie and Jessie, you guys are just kicking @#$ and taking names! And you BOTh are SO cute! Did you get to keep the cuppie? I love that! Cuppie, did you get to keep the Jessie? Love that too!
Don't you two just look adorable. Cuppie has your rosy cheeks:) Congratulations on all the sweet happenings in your life Jesse.
I'm going to go back to the interview later. For some reason, I can't get the Taste of Home website to load.
Oh you are adorable!
Great interview! You and Cuppie strike a sweet pose together!
Great picture! You look gorgeous:)
Thanks everyone!! That was the first time I'd worn makeup since my wedding so it was indeed a big deal. But most importantly...guess who got to keep the Cuppie??
Wandering Coyote: I can understand why you thought Cuppie was a girl. Actually occasionally a girl version crops up in my artwork--some sort of weird Smurf/smurfette thing. And plus, the pink color isn't, shall we say, the most masculine?
Krysta: Glad you liked the shoes, they're by a fancy French designer known as "Le Payless Shoe Source". Ha! :-)
that was a great interview~
i love that you got to keep the giant cuppie.
Both you and cuppie look adorable! Congrats!!! BTW, I love your haircut...if only I were brave enough to pull off bangs....
You are so cutesy! I missed the TOH interview (at least I can't see it on the site right now?) but you look too cute in your picture with Cuppie!

Loooooove the interview. Cuppie doesn't look hungry. He looks proud and you should be, too.
