Cocoa Chai Chocolates

Beautiful, yes. But do they taste good?

If they're made by chocolatier Ivy Chan, most certainly! Having studied chocolate-making at École Lenotre and L’école du Grand Chocolats at Valrhona in Tain L’hermitage, Chan knows her fancy french stuff. And the chocolates themselves are to die for--like mini chocolate explosions in your mouth, the flavor is rich and tres European--that is to say, more chocolatey than sugary. Buy them at Venue in Ballard, where Chan has a studio and occasionally teaches classes!
