I am a Connecticut based textile artist and event planner. I have always loved to bake in my free time (especially cookies and cheesecakes), but had difficulty finding textile kitchen accessories that fit my sense of style. Earlier this year I decided to leave my full-time corporate event planning job in order to pursue the perfect apron and dishtowel! I opened my Etsy shop in June with original aprons, dish towels and market totes that feature flattering styles, bright colors, and simple motifs. I especially enjoy creating custom pieces to match my customer's kitchen colors! Curry Kay Designs can be found on Etsy, Facebook, and Twitter.

Pumpkin! Specifically, pumpkin bourbon cheesecake! It's absurdly good and sinfully rich.
It is not possible for me to have just one favorite. I LOVE turtle cheesecake, ricotta cheesecake, canoli cheesecake, lemon cheesecake, ginger cheesecake, and strawberry cheesecake. I also love ANY ice cream flavor that includes cheesecake and any dessert that includes cheesecake such as cheesecake brownies and cheesecake parfaits. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....BRING IT!!!!!!! ;D
A really good chocolate-based turtle cheesecake with gooey caramel and crunchy pecans. Mmm.
I'd have to say the best cheesecake I have ever had was a "cajeta" cheesecake which is like a spanish caramel made with goat's milk...it had a silky caramel texture and it was covered with sweet, flaky, toasted coconut and brown sugar pecans!

Raspberry chocolate always does it for me. Or pumpkin with a gingersnap crust in the fall.

My favorite cheesecake flavor was Stefanie's Red Velvet Cheesecake from the Cheesecake factory... however, that has now taken a seond place seat to my new favorite flavor (again, from the Cheesecake Factory), Carrot Cake Cheesecake! It is literally the most deliciously creamy vanilla cheesecake batter swirled together with a moist, fully loaded carrot cake batter and then baked into one magnificent Carrot Cake Cheesecake heaven! Yum!
Blueberry cheesecake is by far my summer favorite! There's nothing better than hitting up your local farmer's market and finding yummy fresh blueberries to top off a classic cheescake!

the best cheesecake EVER is Simon the Pieman's Famous Key Lime Pie from Panama Hattie's in Palm Beach, FL.
