My oh so delicious mocha cupcake with dark chocolate ganache. It's dark, so all those darling plates will look even more awesome in contrast.
Oh my goodness! Everyone's cupcakes sound delicious and all would be fabulous in these adorable plates. So for me, let's see... fresh baked chocolate chip zucchini cake with cream cheese frosting.

Ever since the Pina Colada Cupcake post, I have been totally wanting a Pina Colada cupcake! That would be my first one on the plate.
I'm craving, um thinking on a lemon/vanilla cake mixture w/a raspberry puree ribbon inside. A creamy milk chocolate icing topped w/a raspberry (at least one ;) all in a pink paper or foil cup. Maybe even some rainbow sprinkles, it depends on my sweet tooth that day! :)
These cupcake plates would look fantastic w/my other cupcake kitchen items (I've been collecting them from England b/c I couldn't find them here!) Thanx for making them!
I would make a vanilla bean cupcake with chocolate filling and a mocha buttercream frosting.
I wish I had the green cupcake dish today because I made my vanilla sponge cupcakes and I baked them in green paper cases. I topped them with Swiss meringue buttercream tinted light green. Then I piped darker green leaves around the edge and "planted" my delicate fondant flowers on top. There was a pale pink rosebud, a peach full rose, a daisy and 3 forget-me-nots.
I'd go with classic vanilla cupcakes with an oreo-sunflower decoration! So cute!
I would use it for a delicious key lime cupcake... or a cakeball (cause I make them at work) ;).
a fruity cupcake like strawberry would be best!
