Oh, wow - hardest decision I might've faced since the Chelsea Market in New York! I *think* it'd have to be Gingerbread, as it's my favourite specific sort of cake, and more ideas on variations would be brilliant. But it's a very tough call - the challenge of tasty content versus cute titles (also with tasty content, no doubt!)...

Love your blog--I just finished putting up my Christmas tree and it has dozens of unicorn ornaments I've collected over the past 30 years or so.
