Cake Byte: Brand New CakeSpy Felt Ornaments, and a Giveaway!

Giveaway!
I'm so excited about these new Cuppie ornaments that I can't even come up with a dessert-related pun!

This is a sweet ornament version of Cuppie the Cupcake! This felt puffy ornament is made of layered pink, grey and red felt, finished with embroidery for the eyes and cupcake cup detailing, and of course the pink frosting has some shimmery glittery finish! It measures 3.5" tall. This ornament isn't just for Christmas--it will add sweetness when hung from a window or keep you inspired if hung in your cubicle!

And, happily, they were made in collaboration with local company Party Partners! To purchase, visit cakespyshop.com.

The last dessert I ate was a slice of my son's birthday cake: chocolate marble with fudge filling, cream cheese frosting, and marshmallow fondant. It was from the Erlenmeyer flask part of the science themed cake I made him :)

I ate an "eyeball" cupcake: vanilla cake with cream cheese frosting. It was the partner to the "brain" cupcake: blackout cake with cream cheese frosting. Delicious mad science!

I just had a nibble of some oatmeal white chocolate cookies I made yesterday, BUT my answer will be the stone fruit "crostade" (which was more like a cobbler) at Church & State in Los Angeles. It was too delicious.

The last baked good I ate was the chocolate chip cookie brownies with chocolate ganache, which I baked using your recipe! I made them for my work and everyone loved them. Thank you!

Sour cream and chive biscuits were brought to my weekly potluck dinner. They were *perfect* for soaking up all the yummy juices from our "chicken with 40 cloves of garlic" dish. Heavenly! :D

Oh, these are so cute!

My last dessert...a red velvet cake ball. :)

A red velvet cupcake from the Hey Cupcake trailer in Austin, Texas.

It was a damn fine cupcake. :)

And I happened to be wearing my Cakespy tee-shirt that day, which the cupcake goddess noticed and appreciated! Yay!

I made No Pudge Fudge brownies as a treat during the Emmys. They ended up being more like a chocolate lava cake - but then there is nothing wrong with that.

Mine was a chocolate peanut butter pie. I really wanted the chocolate but my friend talked me into chocolate peanut butter. It was very good for that kind of pie, but I still want the straight chocolate!!!
