Us Canadians have already had our Thanksgiving - but, man oh man, I have pumpkin pie right through till New Years. Forget birthday cake! I only want pumpkin pie!

The holiday cookies in my family are from my husband's side. My faves are buckeyes and lemon bars (not lemon squares; these have graham cracker crust with coconut filling and lemon icing).
