Well, I am thinking a nice mint-chocolate flavored cupcake with a cream cheese or vanilla frosting with red sugar sprinkles might work.

I'm thinking a nice piece of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. It will probably clash with the pretty pink of the plate, but that was the first dessert that popped into my head.
